Snowman Game

Our Troop consists of Daisies through Cadettes and next year we are adding a Senior Troop for our Cadettes that are Bridging.

We all show up to the same meeting, same time....then after 15 minutes go into our own Troops then meet back up together.

When they get there, I usually have an activity to do with them while they wait for others to show up.

This day I thought Snowmen might make a fun game.

What they did was....

We split them into two teams.

Each team picked one girl to be the Snowwoman.

Before hand, we had scattered 1 scarf, 1 ear muff, 1 pair of mittens, 1 beanie and 3 rolls of toliet paper per team around the cafeteria.

Each team together had to find one of each of those. Then they had to run back together and make a Snowwoman.

The first team done and unrolled all the toliet paper around their Snowwoman....won...!

*Of course you can always tweek it however you want. I literally was working out the details that day and as we were playing. 

Girl Scout Cookie Lip Balm.

I know this sounds crazy but I saw these Girl Scout Cookie Lip Balms that were coming out and I saved a picture of them onto my computer....so I can figure out where they would be sold. Low and behold, I saw them on the Girl Scout Blog.....right here {click on link!}

It says they are being sold at Walmart and Claire's. Jump for Joy...!

I want the set...!

*Update....my husband came home from Walmart with a little gift for me....these! To be completely honest, flavored chap stick like Starburst or Skittles, etc... are never my fav to put on...but these ones are really high quality. They are flavorable and really smooth to put on....I am loving them.

No Soliciting...!

Girl Scout Ice Cream

Last night, the Juniors were interviewing me for one of their Badges and they asked what my favorite ice cream was....I hadn't ever thought about it. When I got home, I thought some more...and you know what....it defintely has to be Girl Scout Ice Cream...!

I love this stuff...!
The only problem is that it is seasonal like our cookies.

It only comes out from January until the end of April. So, go out and stock up on this sweet treat...!

You won't regret it...!

Girl Scout Cookie Favors.

Next year is my 10th Wedding Anniversary and I am planning our Vow Renewal.

I was trying to come up with one of my very favorite things in the world for favors.

Why not Girl Scout Cookies?! Ya, why not? They would be delicious and adorable as favors.

I looked around the web to see if it's ever been done before when I came across these cute favor bags for a wedding with Girl Scout Cookies in them...! Aren't they great?

I found them here at Wedding Tidbits.

Why not stop there? They would be fun for birthday parties wrapped in bags that matched the theme.

The best part is....Girl Scout Cookies freeze really really well. So, if you have a daughter whose birthday is months away...you can stock up, freeze them and use them as favors still....!

Remember girls, right hand over left when you cross.

One person starts off and squeezes with their right hand the next persons hand. Go in a circle...!

When you squeeze you can say something you like, a prayer, or just talk about your day...!
